Scrambled eggs on background poached potato

Heat in a bowl in the microwave the tortillas prepared for the minutes 

indicated. 

Cut the ham into elongated strips and fry. 

Using the same oil, fry the eggs in the pan. Add some 

above salt. When they are careful to point them out and place them 

on a plate. 

To place the product ready to pour hot omelet and a 

plate and placed over fried eggs and add the slices of fried ham. 

Put a few slices of bread to enjoy this typical dish and 

delicious. 

Tip: Sprinkle dried parsley on top for a touch and to add 

flavor.
