Cod omelette

Finely chop the garlic and cut the peppers into strips and scallions. Put everything in a fry pan with a little oil. When the vegetables are golden brown add the flaked cod and cook for 3-4 minutes. Reserve. 


Beat the eggs, season them and then pour into the pan delbacalao. Add a little chopped parsley. Let the eggs are set and fold the mixture over itself mismacomo if an omelette. 


Spend a plate and serve immediately.
