Spinach Omelette with cheese, ham and pepper

We boil the spinach in salted water. When they are, drain and fry in a little oil with garlic. Book.

Beat eggs and add milk, spinach, chopped ham and cheese, salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and pepper and sauté in a pan with oil.

When they are almost done add the onion egg mixture to the pan and make the omelette as usual.
