Omelette rolls with vegetables

Fry in a little oil carrot (peeled) and cut peppers into small cubes and simmer until very tender. Cook the chard.


Beat eggs separately, sálalos a little, and make four thin round tortilla in a small pan with a little oil.


Fill each tortilla with cooked spinach leaves, sauteed vegetables and a slice of cheese. Roll up and allow to warm up.


Cut the tortillas into three parts, if necessary secured with a toothpick, and serve immediately.


TIP: Use our country sauteed AT HOME and save time.
